An under valued Mopar????

Its a bit of a hunt to find the right car. My daily is a 77 Gran Fury door 318 car. I knew I wanted that era and after a year and a half found a semi-neglected survivor for $600 . I put about $1500 into it and am going on 10 year of ownership and 75K personal miles. The whole car is at 215,000 and still going strong. My wifes daily is a 73SSP also 318 we paid $200 for like 16 years ago, also well over 200K miles and still good to go. make no mistake, we take these cars out of state, long trips etc.. Now you have to have a willingness to learn to make this work out, I predict the "more money than sense" period is rapidly coming to an end for many.

Dodge trucks are still somewhat affordable, with the exception of the Little Red Express trucks,Warlocks, and Macho trucks.

I rescued this 75 Coronet from a yard where it has sat for 30 years. I gave $700, did a radiator, 4 budget tires of internet, oil change, tune up ( all Rock auto closeout parts), seat cover and some elbow grease. I'm into it for $1300 total and it fires right up and drives great. I was tipped of with the keys being in the ashtray and a yard guy writing "All OK" on the dash. I'll ad it into my rotation this summer. I realize this may be my luck with dry Colorado weather, and I keep my eyes open. The engineering is superior and it shows in reviving them
