I actually used to know a guy in the Navy who had one. It was a Spanish Air Force BF-109 that his Dad bought in 1962. It was in three crates: one for the fuselage, one for the wings, and one for the engine. They were all sitting in his Dad's garage. I haven't seen the guy since 1985, so it's probably been sold to somebody.
