any 69 sat modtop owners

Are there any 69 satellite modtop owners on this fourm?
I have a unmolsted 30,000 mile car and am trying to find out if these will ever have a collectable value or following.
I got this car for the body to turn into a street racer, (gtx clone) but after cleaning it up and finding how nice it is i am having second thoughts about destroying the mod top history of it.
I am not looking to sell it or make money on it. I just love old b body street racers and love to drive the tar out of them.
I have tried other sites and get no real input about these cars.
I don't care for white cars so at the least it will get a blue paint job unless someone can give me reason to keep it as an original mod top. thanks for all input calicokid

Mod Tops are indeed rare. Kinda a love it or hate it. I like them myself. If the car is as nice as you're saying, I'd definatly keep it as original as you can. How about some pics?

A friend of mine here in Ontario Canada has a green Mod Top, one of two with the options he has, goggle in in Mopar Muscle Mag, was in there a few years back, If I had a factory Mod Top, I would keep it, very rare

I never cared for them back in the day. But they are pretty rare today, and how many are left ?? The older I get , the more some of the old weird stuff I like. LOL

Keep it its exotic and rare I would feel to guilty customizing that car I think its really cool but it is your car

That's a nice looking car. All original? Clean, polish and sell as a survivor. Use proceeds to buy something you won't feel bad about cutting up.

X2, looks like original paint? Sell it to someone who looks for a survivor modtop and buy a less "special" B-Body to modify...
