any electric fan recommendations?

Hi all,

my 70 coronet doesnt like when my coolant temps get above like 200F so I am thinking of adding an electric fan for when I am in traffic or running the car hard. Any recommendations on a fan? I am thinking of something in the 16'' range 2500 cfm or greater. Also, can I sandwich a trans cooler in between the radiator and electric fan for install?

Your best bet for electric fan install is to use a puller(s) and the more cfm the better.

Go to Junk yard and get a pair of mercedes Benz fans they are great, low draw and cheap used.

I do have a viscous fan and a shroud. I just want to knock the temps down 10-20 degrees so I think a pusher is my best bet since I don't really want to change the look of the engine bay. Can I sandwich my trans cooler?
