Anybody get the free upgrade to Windows 10?

Hell I'm still learning what I can do with W8. I 've had it for years. They offered 8.1 a year or 2 ago. Not for me, Leave me alone, I having enough problems. I have heard bad things about 10. Especially the tracking of your info. Security. I still have a dumb phone and love it.

You might want to take a look at this article from Forbes as it really delves into the Windows 10 issues and how the release is loaded with pretty severe issues. The big one being is the End User Agreement that gives permission to Microsoft to now control your computer's downloads and upgrades even without your permission. I am taking a wait and see approach before I jump into it...cr8crshr/Bill

I went out to Best Buy and bought the Microsoft Surface 128GB version, Surface 3, not Pro. This one has W10 as the OS, it's currently charging up right now, I don't have a MS account, I dumped hotmail some 10 yrs ago when China was hacking the crap out of it (they moved on to more lucrative targets). I was thinking perhaps a nice high-end tablet, but, it can't do all things this Surface can do. I like having added capacity to do what I need to do, in all I do, tends to be safer this way. I'll let you know how it goes after a few days.
