I've been in contact with this dealer in Wisconsin, but they seem to be dragging their feet providing requested details and photos. Does one of our members own/know this car, or has anyone had any experience with this dealer?
Much appreciated!!

My first car....66 Belvedere....was pretty close to that shade of yellow with a black vinyl top. IIRC, it was a tad lighter but no, I do not know that car.

nice looking car, I hate when they show the trunk mat instead of the trunk floor

"Low mileage" and all the grain is worn off the steering wheel??? I'd get that odometer reading guaranteed from the dealer...otherwise someone has either swapped the steering wheel or been very harsh with it over the years.

I'm guessing you're looking for undercarriage photos.
Hard to say from my phone but the rear wheel lip mouldings look wavy?

You'll need more pictures before making a trip to look at it.

Personal preference but I just can't get excited about a column shift.

...no jack, no spare....mat has been moved and looks ripped up. I'd be curious about what lies underneath also.

Obviously had the buff on the exterior and given the dust on the engine, it probably sat in the shop for a week or more gathering bondo dust etc.

always beware of convertibles in the rust belt

All good comments, please keep them coming!
I've spoken with the "owner" of the dealership. I've requested high resolution photos of the underside, fender tag, trunk, and VIN plates. I've also requested photos of the "complete restoration. So far, nothing.
I do agree the column auto is a bummer and color would not be my first, or second choice but I'm fishing in a rather small pond.

The description says it's a Tennessee car.

Needs more pictures and info for that high of an asking price.

I always liked that model.

The seller says completely restored. The upholstery job doesn't look that good on the driver's seat. Maybe they used the original foam? Ok, a nit-pick.

I'll give them a thumbs up for routing of the positive battery cable.:)

I don't mind the color combo as my 68 500 Ragtop is the same. BUT that said I want mine to be triple black when redone. I know it's a small pond but like others have said Auto on the column kills it for me. Good news is though it appears that it came from Tennessee so the body may have survived with minimal rust as long as the top was maintained or it was stored well....

You beat me to the Tennessee part as I was looking at the pics and typing...

The Seller didn't clean the white letter tires. :p

The digits on the odometer are nicely aligned.

Yeah, automatic on the column is a downer.

Talk to them on the telephone.

The door jamb and trunk both show the quality that went into this (ahem) "restoration".

I'm okay with the original trunk mat. The reproductions are flimsy and sometimes if they're crisp and clean they just don't look right.

Jack is there on left side of trunk. Spare is in a well, under the trunk mat.

Thanks...I didn't know that about that model. But surely that wheel brace should be secured?

Edit:
Feel free to pick apart what the photos provide please!
I was interested in a 68 Coronet conv at a dealer in Boston and the guy kept dragging his feet. When he finally sent the pictures I decided I wanted the car and gave him a $500 deposit. As I made plans to make my way from SC to Boston with a trailer and cash he calls me and tells me he accepted an offer from another buyer. He did eventually refund my $500.
