Anyone on here run a RACEPAK...

it sure is. This last racepak purchase was supposed to be for the wifes new hot tub. oooops!

yeah oooops is right...LOL... you have your priorities right, race car 1st...

the rest of my sensors should be here by wednesday so i can get the sensors all routed and the wiring completed.
I needed a 1.25 rollbar mount with the rubber isolators to finish up the interior. O2 sensors need to go through the floor body plugs but cant get to the old sensors yet. hopefully it will warm up so i can pull out the hemi and get to the dodge.
Also its getting a new aluminum deep trans pan.

sound like good progress...

Just got my last of the sensors and rollbar mount for the blue dodge. Fedex just showed up. I'll put the rest in tomorrow.
Now we need a few warm days. I want to go testing so bad.

This is for you Bud.

SSR That does look great... Thanks for the car ****, hope you get to test soon, we just had a bad snow storm go thru here on tues & wed., it's heading east now, hopefully it doesn't effect you guys up north, in your neck of the country, you've had enough crap weather already this year...

nice garage full, double stacked even...LOL..

LOOKS like i need a Mark Williams pinion yoke. my Racepak driveshaft sensor magnet doesnt fit with a moser pinion yoke.
Everything else is done and all wired up. All sensors are working nicely.
Racepak dash lit up nicely and works flawlessly.

I actually was able to start up my hemi and pull it out today to finish up my 65 dodge .
It was an all day affair to get everything wired up so sensors work and got the fuel pressure sensor all plumbed in. Ran all the other sensors out to through the firewall. put back the rug and got sill plate put back ,Driveshaft sensor wire all tied up neatly too.

what's the difference between the MW & Moser yokes ?? & why it won't work with the Moser yoke ?? I'm just curious

Theres no clearance for the driveshaft collar.
Collar for MW is 2_7/8
Diameter. My racepak collar is too thick and I cant get it in between
The yoke and pinion case. Looking at my Hemi with the MW yoke plenty of room for the collar.
I just ordered a new Mw yoke and a new U joint

My new MW pinion yoke came in and while the driveshaft is out i'm replacing it with a new spicer 1350 u joint. the old one is around 10 years old and has had a hard life.
Just drilled out my dana for the new sensor bracket which looks great.

bought a new laptop to download all my racepak data.
installed new programs and read vnet configuration to laptop for all the sensors.
had to do it for both cars.
i'm ready to race !

So now that you are finished and ready to race. What are some of your likes and dislikes?Knowing that will change some once you make some passes. Just looking for ideas what to and what not to do or order.

area.

MW yoke has a thicker flange which keeps it away from the dana pinion case. this is where the driveshaft collar goes on.The moser one goes in flush with no area to put the collar on.

only dislikes is that the UDX Dash wont say fuel pressure or O2 on the display.its tricky to get parameters set from laptop to dash.theres alot of programming to get it all setup but once its done, its a nice piece.programmed fuel pressure to hundreths and O2 in thousands.

just programmed the UDX DASH with my laptop computer and now all my sensors are visible on the dash
got the fuel pressure, water temp, oil pressure and volts on 1st screen
on 2nd screen we see both O2's and pan vacuum. i might be able to put 1 more sensor on 2nd page.
Cant wait to try it out.
Also got the racepak to start recording right in the burnout box automatically and start recording at 6200 rpm.
