Anyone running 3" Flowmaster American Thunder 17382

2 questions for anyone running this exhaust system

1. Are you running a driveshaft loop? Do you have any photos showing location and what loop you are running? The pipes seem pretty close together, more so than tti
2. Are you running longer mufflers than what was supplied? If so what mufflers/do you have photos?

The system comes with super 40s (13" case length) but I want to run dynomax ultra flo's (20" case length). There are 14" ultra flo's I'm sure will fit but I'd really like to run the 20" ones I already have.

I called Holley but they were little help.

I have never used that particular system but I have worked in and/or owned a muffler shop for 20 years. Looking at the picture of the system on Summit’s website there is plenty of straight pipe before and behind the muffler to accommodate a 7” longer muffler case. You can also cut the necks shorter on the mufflers to buy a few more inches if necessary. I can’t help on the driveshaft loop clearance though.

That setup looks great! I can get the flowmaster kit pretty cheap though and at this point I'm not trying to turn it into a bigger project.
