A few years ago I have noticed juices in other stores that are stamped "product of China" and couldn't believe it.

"Another in the long line of FDA/USDA govt. bureaucratic screw ups, it seems", how could they allow it to even be marked the way they are ?... Hell they/ "China sells us toys for little kids with deadly levels of LEAD in them" who thinks they would hold to any such Organic standards with pesticide on food ?, "NOT ME"... How come anyone, especially an American run company/business like Whole Foods would buy produce from China in the 1st place ?, When we produce everything here under very strict FDA/USDA regulations/conditions, with out the shipping expense coming from China... There can't that big of a difference in profit, buying produce from CHINA... It goes to show how bad big govt. agency's have actually gotten, they don't even check the products, it is left to a outside service, that checks the stuff coming from China.... What is the FDA/USDA doing for there money ?

Im gonna catch alot of **** for this but here goes......THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT AMERICA ANYMORE IS THE AMERICAN CARS................ back when our muscle cars were made...we were proud to say " im an american"...im not so sure im so proud to say that anymore like i once was. !

GOD BLESS AMERICA.......go on,,,,give the jobs to foreign countries...and then sit there and wonder why you are sitting home on un-enjoy-ment ....cant find a job...starving.... invite all the illegals here and give them everything that should be ours ! sorry but this country SUXX anymore.... CAN I GET A WHOAAAAAAAA BUNDYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ???

You know that "Country of Origin" is required on all products. BUT, the location and SIZE of text, may not be. Perhaps we should lobby our Congress that Imports be CLEARLY, and PROMINENTLY labelled on the FRONT of the package!!!! Lets mandate the SIZE of the label! Wanna guess how much crying, and anti-label lobbying that will make!!! I bitched about this before on a Veterans post. I would roll-over in my grave if i was a Korean War Vet, having a Chinese-made, American Flag, placed on my grave for Memorial Day!
BTW, what is the moral implication of importing food from a country where people are starving to death?!
