Are 440 and 383 fuel pump push rods the same?

Wondering if B and RB fuel pump push rods are the same? I actually haven't ran into this before but trying to finish the assembly on my motor (440) and the only push rod I can find is off an old 383 I had. Thanks,

They are offered new but from what I understand, they are made in China and don't last long....

I try & hold onto as much OEM stuff as I can, even old alternaters and such. I can get those repaired and have them work better than buying 1 at a parts store. But even these small parts make a difference!
