These are in from the factory I believe. They look offset ie eccentric. What do you guys think? Did they use these in the factory or were these added later?

The passenger side tire is ahead of the drivers side. That’s a designed in feature on all the rear wheel drive mopars. Kimbe aware of the orientation of the offset bushing when you press them into the upper control arm. You want to maximize the amount of caster you can achieve, we installed them in our 10 sec. 340 Duster with good success. Come to find out one side of the upper A arm mounts on the frame were 1/4 inch ahead of the other side ! My buddy who drove always complained about it being a handful on the top end nearing 130mph. He was right, this solved the problem. good luck
