Are we really this dumb?

How about the sodium content. Why not just pour a salt shaker down your gullet. Be cheaper.....
Tell ya what's weird (ok, ONE of the things that's weird) about my medical situation:
My sodium count is always LOW at blood test time. So low in fact that I've had docs
tell me to INCREASE salt intake and stop being so **** about it.
Problem is...I love salt like anyone else and lay it on my food.
Hell, I wouldn't half mind a salt lick in the living room so's I can hit it like deer do. :)

The whole "missing organs/cancer x a billion" thing has rendered my body damn near
incapable of absorbing salt, for whatever reason.
Strange days indeed....

Years ago we used to say,
“they walk amongst us” and laugh it off,
Now we’re freaking surrounded.
Don’t give in, maybe we can make humanity great again.

To answer the thread title simply: Yes, indeed. And the answer is all around us.

I'm shocked that any dumbass would vote for this dumbass.
Exactly & I don't like it I love it...

Smiley I've been saying that for 10 damn years Randy Quaid Independence day.png

Sodium is a nonissue for me as well. I've been known to use enough salt to change the color of my food. My heart problem a few years ago was electrical (so far, cured by cutting out all alcohol and all caffeine); my blood pressure has always been so low, my docs ask me to do jumping jacks or get on the treadmill for 5 min, so they can even take my readings. Including my pre-op visit for heart surgery, to fix the bad electrical stuff.

That said...I don't HAVE to have a lot of sodium. Lots of stuff I like to eat, is low in sodium content. But if it's higher...it doesn't faze me. I just don't eat those all the time, that's all.

I wonder if the ingredients were free range or raised in cages.

These companies today figure they need to say stuff like "plant-based", "sustainable" and "low carbon footprint" to appeal to the man-bun crowd.
Which is probably true. Woke=asleep

Don't worry, the CA. "Prop 65" warnings are next on food products!

You sure you aren't a zombie? :)

To put this subject back on track! While cookin dinner tonight, I looked at all the other Knoor "Rice sides" that I have, and all of them have the pasta in them! Their "Pasta" sides require milk and I don't do a lot of cow juice so I don't buy them, unless I have to buy milk for something else, then I'll buy a couple so I don't waste it 90% of a 1/2 gal of moo juice!

You know, according to "experts", soy/almond/oat milk is the same. Just harder to get onto their teets for extraction.
