This has been around in Houston since probably the early 80s. Wire wheels just got bigger. I can remember pretty big ones even in the 90s. The colors don't represent gangs anymore (probably used to). They show what side of town or what hood they are from. Green, Red, Gold, Blue and almost always in candy paint.

Possible to just keep this in Houston? Wonder how many vehicle law violations these present...don't really need to know.
