Ive been trying to remove the vibration dampner/Balancer for a while now.. I have everything apart and ready to go but i have a few issues...
1- What size is this dang bolt that holds the dampner on... i have probably spent 100 bucks going back and forth to the parts store buying individual sockets for it...
2- how do i keep the motor from turnin.. i dont have access to a impact gun or compressor in my garage and no one wants to lug a giant compressor over.. i have tried the flywheel holding tool, but quickly realized i have a sealed inspection cover.. well not enough room to get the tool in.. i was going to weld a bar to the balancer to have it turn and hold on the garage floor, but steered away from that thinking it could bend the crank if this bolt decides to be stubborn...
Any ideas or old tricks.................../pppppppppppplllllllleassseeee tell!
Thanks
