Always preffered the long Moroso gold anodized fuel filter which has a long stainless mesh inside it. Still flows a heap even if it's gotten some junk in it. One for each 1/2" fuel line. I like running 2 electric pumps, 2 separate 1/2" fuel lines from the tank, and merging them into a Y block before the reg. If one pump fails, the other one still feeds the engine. Electric motors always die at some point.. why Nascars still run mechanical pump on the engine.. but they too can fail.
I like to use this small metal one at the carb that is like the factory uses. In the back by the tank I use the fram cartrige type that is the one with the chrome housing like most racers use. Ron
I think I will put in 3... One at the tank and 2 that have a bypass one before and one after the mechanical pump.... to circulate and keep the pressure down... can they be used that way or do thy need to return to the tank?
