ok i was looking at the newport today an have 2 qustions what dose specil handilngmean on the medal plate found ontop radiator mount(pic atatched)

is the motor in the pics a 440 or not?

Might have been ordered with cop suspension. Can't tell if it's a 440 or not from those pics. I can't see what it has for a carb, but there was never a 2V on a 440 in a passenger vehicle. So if that's a 2V, then it's not a 440

what is a 2 v.....and if it helps it has a R on the drivers side of the motor
