Absolutely. They are richer in flavor. Store bought eggs are bland and weeks if not a month old by the time you get them.. Nothing like fresh eggs.

Man, what I wouldn't give to be able to have some layers and not have to rely on the store-bought ones but alas, the HOA plus the County, is very strict on having them in a residential sub-division so I am at the mercy of 7.49/dozen cost now at the grocery. So I have to drop other items from my grocery list just to have enough to buy a couple of dozen...store limit...for cooking recipes and eating. I did score last week an off-brand dozen at the store for 3.13/dozen, but now that is no longer available as the good deal monitor saw to it to let the whole fooking world know so now not available. And just an observation here...have y'all noticed how as of late we are having huge recalls of food
items infectious results, and sickening quality of our food sources? Something just ain't right now is it??? cr8crshr/Bill
