Ok, bought a 69 charger r/t that has not been reg. since the 80's. It has low mil. and is original down to the factory exhaust pipe and i want to go all org. restoration.in the build sheet line-4. box 4 wheel is cover 61. any body no what hub cap this is. the wheel box is 30 x9 which i believe is black steel rim. any help would be great.
