Hey! People are crazy! In Chicago a few weeks ago, some turkey dumped an alligator (aka Chance the Snapper)
in a lagoon in the city. Took them a week to catch the little fart. Could be a Poison Dart Frog that someone kept
as a pet and it either got away or abandoned. (Or someone spray painted him!)
And that Blue frog found in Downers Grove is just a mile away from me!
