Ordered front/rear disk brake kits, but both come with no lines. My old lines are done.

What common material for lines has to be used? for german cars it's a steel, but I heard for old cars it can be a copper.

And what diameter is better? I found pipes 3/16" only.

What size for fittings?

Thanks for the advice.

No to copper. Not rated for the pressure, and I doubt legal to use. But there are some newer steel alloy lines that look like copper. You got a 2nd gen Charger? Why not just buy a pre-bent line set with fittings from Inline Tube? Save a lot of time and work....

I bought stainless steel lines from inline tube 15 years ago. Every piece fit perfectly, except for one it was a foot too short, I made one phone call and they made it right. I would use them again.
