Sad to say but other forums are so filled with scammers they are not worth even looking at stuff on there. I like the fact that he wrote "I will not respond or respond to attacks of my integrity or engage in arguments. I answered you"... OF course not because he is F****NG wrong no matter how you look at it!! The list of people that suck gets BIGGER every day and as the economy keeps sinking they will show up MORE.

I've sold some parts and bought a few things from Liberty Mopars with no problems, since he is local to me, so I can't talk **** about him. Word is that he is in some, let's say, personal difficulties at this time, which never ends well. All I can say is good luck to those dealing with Martin.

Now if you want to see some scammers, some of the Facebook groups are probably 50-75% scams lately.

I think even that is underestimated....
 
Sounds like the dumbass deadbeat needs to sort his personal problems before he sells items he can't deliver. Don't accept people's money if you can't keep your promises.

I have been fortunate through the years. Not much of a seller or buyer. Never had a complaint from a purchaser personally.
Went to Freemen’s in Whitehall Montana in 1990. Sent him money in 1991 for parts. Took quite awhile to get a box of parts. I wondered where the rest of the parts were. Neil said check with our postal system. I checked, they did not have any information on the second box. Never got it.
I must apologize! I have responded to some people that I have parts, as it happened I have not been very mobile for some time. Sorry if you got disappointed. Still have the rear window trim for 66-7 Charger.

You don’t understand, you can have an account with USPS. You can get a tracking number just by inputting the buyers address on Sunday when the post office is closed. The post office doesn’t even need to have possession of your package. You can get a tracking number for that package that will stay valid for a while and not be shipped.

Alright... here's an update for you guys.. a box showed up today from Martin Lackner. I opened and inspected the harnesses. Per our conversation this was supposed to be a complete under hood harness all 3 harnesses engine, wiper motor and front light. It's only the engine. These harnesses were also promised to be uncut. 2 of them are cut the dash is missing 2 ends where cut and rear harnesses is missing ends where cut.

I can say enough about Martin Lackner. I received the parts not in condition he stated they were in, and his response is uncanny. I should learn to have Manners. He was told once where are my ******* parts after nearly a month. He promised to ship all underhood harnesses then only ships engine harness. His solution $100 bucks to walk away or send everything back for a full refund. After waiting a month for anything what leads me to believe he'd send anything back after full return or even partially, maybe ol Marty will prove us all wrong and actually be a man of his word. He promised to ship my door panels out either yesterday or today and it's been quiet about that. I'm sure he'll surprise everyone actually being a standup guy.

What a shitbird. Sounds like he's got more excuses than a little boy that didn't do his homework. The dog ate it, my sister took it, the wind blew, blah blah blah. I live in that shithole of a state but it almost takes an act of God to make me enter the Portland area but i might do it if a loser like that took my money. Doesn't surprise me he's from that that cesspool. Loser central. No offense to the few good people who are stuck there. They know i'm right.

I agree that area is a dump. The Willamette national cemetery is over near Portland where my grandpa is buried. It's sad to go over there looks like a 3rd world country.
 
Sorry to hear what you're going through, and the passive-aggressive responses to your demands are all too familiar. When you get irate at him, he uses that as a sort of ammunition against you to pressure you...when it's HE who should ante up and be a proper businessman. I'm glad I scuttled my transaction with him after 4 months of him screwing the pooch. Mr. Lackner is seriously lacking.
 
Yep, He's a world class piece of ****!! In our 1st text exchange he stated all 3 engine harnesses under hood than wants to play dumb and say I never requested all of them. It's times like this a feller wishes he was closer to Oregon..
 
Alright guys here's the final recap.. Oct 4th Martin Was paid $300 For Complete Uncut non brittle Complete Engine harnesses all 3 as agreed in first messages included Engine, wiper and headlight harnesses 3 total, and 4 door panels. Complete uncut non brittle dash harnesses, and complete uncut non brittle taillight harnesses. The 1st package received had only engine harness, no wiper or headlight harness. Dash harness was cut and missing 2 ends. Tail-light harness was cut missing 2 ends. Martin Refunded $100 for the door panels on 10/30/24. After More BS and delays I received the wiper harness today in usable condition. The headlight harness is very brittle and is cut and retaped in several places. Is it too much to ask for a seller to be honest? He had all these parts in his hands and was given many opportunities to make this right. Yet, per his messages and note he placed on my shipment I the customer is supposed be understanding and patient with him while he continues to not keep his word and fails to deliver the parts in the condition agreed to or on the dates he promises. I am glad i'm not new to the parts market or finding things, because **** like this really leaves a sour taste for customers.

Funny how demanding the stuff you PAID for...or at the least, a valid tracking number...is considered "threatening him". Such an easy excuse for him to not fulfill his end of the transaction.
 
You are supposed to have "Grace and Compassion" for a thief? Crazy with what people have become these days. The victims are now the perps....
