I was looking to put a "stock" cam back in my 440. It had 268 deg on the intake and 284 deg on the exhaust. I tried to buy a stock Mopar purple cam, but no one has them and it will take about 3 weeks to get it, so I went and purchased a summit cam with 272 deg on the intake and 282 deg on the exhaust, the stock can had 115 deg lobe sept and this one has 112 deg. The stock cam had .450" lift intake and .458" exhaust, new one has .442" intake and .465 exhaust...sooooooooooo my question is how much difference is there between the two, what did I gain or lose?

The cam is completely different 112 lobe centers vs 115, also duration & lift different also it apples & oranges it will work but sound completely different... I would call them cancel the order, then call Mancini Racing 800-843-2821 order a cam (or "cam kit" you need lifters, springs, retainers & locks also on a new cam) from them they will steer you in the proper direction...JMO... The engine has been totally rebuilt, new pistons, valves and springs,lifters..ect So far it sounds the same, I can see that my intake stays open longer, but the exhaust closes a little earlier.....so am I losing power?

The 112 lobe separation cam will build more peak torque than the stock 115 and you still will have good drivability. The main difference is the power band will be a bit narrower with the 112. The lift difference between the two is pretty much irrelevant so it boils down to the intake valve closing point vs. static compression ratio and the lobe separation. I don't think it's a terrible selection. I'm running the MoPar .455" / 272 on a 112 lobe sep and it's great, but I'm running headers and more than stock compression.
