Carlisle FBBO Tent 2021 Activities

As far as the FBBO bikini contest, I'm not too sure any of us want to see @Richard Cranium in a bikini!

Got the 2021 Schedule for the drag racing this Friday July 9th at South Mountain Raceway. 10 miles away from the Carlisle fairgrounds. Also Friday night Williams Grove Speedway has dirt track oval racing. I did not post that ad.

A final reminder of the activities available at the FBBO tent for 2021:

Friday:
9 AM: Informal get together to discuss cars, plans and perhaps help members out with any search needs. I will be at the tent at least 8:45 - 9:30.

12 PM: Lunch. I will be there at least noon - 1PM. On Friday, I will have my grill there for members that want to use the grill to cook their own food. Bring your own food but let's meet for lunch!

6PM: Dinner. I will again have the grill available for people to cook their own food and hang out for dinner. Bring your own food and drink, but a grill and some condiments should be available.

Saturday:
9 AM: Informal get together to discuss cars, plans and perhaps help members out with any search needs. I will be at the tent at least 8:45 - 9:30.

12 PM: FBBO Lunch. Lunch is on me, but please make your reservations before Monday, July 5th! (send me a PM or respond to the thread.) Lunch will be Burgers and hot dogs. Let me know how many of each. I will be there at least noon - 1PM. I will also offer any extra's to "walk-ins", but please understand I will have limited food.
Even if you don't want lunch, stop in and say "Hi" to what we expect to be a decent crowd of FBBO members!

I'm sure prior to the luncheon on Saturday I'll be running hard to prep, so an extra pair of hands would be appreciated. Hopefully, we can all chip in though and make it all fun!

I'm only an hour or so away, and will be there Saturday. Happy to bring some food for the grill if needed, I can stop by the store friday night and grab some brats or dogs or something for the cooler if it helps any...even if I bring 2 packs of brats, it's cheaper than one for lunch from the grandstand!

My son and I will be stopping by to say hi. He's an Abody guy. He has a Duster. We won't bother you for lunch.

Thanks! Yeah, I have no idea how many we will actually have. Weather will have an impact on it, and we will likely have walk-ins. I have brought what I hope is an approximate amount of food, and @Don Frelier is bringing some dogs too. Will we use all and need more? I have no idea. I hope so, because that means it's a great turnout. I'd love to have some extras in case we need it, but hesitant to ask you to bring some if we don't. Do what you feel is right and we'll roll with it!

Yep, I think so! I'm looking forward to it. I'm sure I'll be busy as hell cooking and prepping food, but we'll work together and have a great time. I can't wait for Carlisle after all this Covid shutdown!

Hawk did and awesome job with the burgers and dogs and beverages. And I guess he arranged the entertainment around 4:30 Saturday across the road. I do think the saying 'Less is more' would fit the bill.
