Its sad to hear of Carroll's passing but it is all of us who feel the pain now, definatly not him. There are fewer and fewer positive role models and icons like him to look up to. I wonder who my kids will be looking up to (besides me of course)? I'm VERY sure nobody to the likes and calibur of Carroll Shelby!! He was a genius on many accounts.

Thanks for sharing, I think that would be very cool to have an autographed picture of one of his cars hanging on the wall and i imagine it makes one great conversation piece.. It does sound like he had time for i guess what we would call the ordinary folks, which is priceless knowing and being able to speak with someone of his caliber. That picture someday will mean a lot to your kids im sure! I like reading story's of the people who are considered great by what they have done in there life and can take the time to speak with someone and be friendly with them, One of the quality's that surely made him great.
