certicard + certicardholder

hey guys,
i am looking for a certicard incl. holder; doesn't matter which car/type/etc.

( Just to put in a glass cabinet with some NOS stuff in the living room )
Doesn't have to be for free ofcourse.

Used at the Dealership for service and identification of owner and vehicle. Put under the hood on early models to make it more accessable to techs .
