I won't tell you what they make. I can tell you that are normally asparated new hemi's over 800hp. A boosted one could do that loafing. There seems to be a limit due to Viper and Ferrari HP numbers. Call it silly. Notice the grille behind the camo, what does that remind you of?

There is an insider there dropping hints about what to expect from the SC challenger. He is indicating that their goal was 700hp but will likely come up a bit short. Also there is a great deal of speculation about the price. The going theory is between 75-80k. I personally feel like that is WAY too much for what you will get. Its still not getting a weight reduction until at least 2017 which means it will still be at a disadvantage to the Z28 and super snake. I was really hoping they would have a "core" option for the new supercharged challenger like they have now and get it down to around 58k....but as the insider indicates there are no immediate plans for that. I just don't see a lot of these selling until they shorten the car in 2017 and drop some weight.
