This guy is on crack, he said it sold within the first call, the buyer sent a down payment through PayPal.
The body over car should be titled as a new challenger as the only thing left of the 68 is the little bit of tin and of course a vin tag. At what point is it gone... that point ! Its BS to do a body over car and not list it as what it besides a pile.
