Hate that frame off restoration term. I would say as mentioned above 25-30 tops for a 72, unless one of the few sixpack cars. Which it is not.

THIS car may be worth $20,000 to someone.....

It is a NON R/T but mechanically complete. It runs, drives, stops, steers and is registered and insured. It is NOT for sale. It will NOT be sold anytime soon. Fenders are NOT reproduced. Under the skin, it is still basically a 1966-70 Belvedere/Road Runner/GTX/Coronet so all drivetrain stuff interchanges.

This is near me, been for sale on and off for two years. It is a 318 car. It is very clean. Even after you add the "no rust car in WI tax" to the price, this is absurd.
