My reverse lights seem to be staying on in all gears. I put an ohm meter on the switch and when in park I get nothing..now in every other gear I get .8
I have power coming in on one side of the harness to the switch.
So I assume the switch sending power out on all gears..must be a bad switch?
Thanks
AL

The center prong on the switch is the neutral safety switch for the starter relay and the outside two are for the reverse lights. Check the outside two pins and if there is continuity throughout the shifter positions its most likely the switch but there's a very outside possibility of it being the 'comb' that touches the switch inside the transmission being bent.

Thanks my Canadian friend, yes I get the same reading on both pins through all the gear selectors, except park.
Thanks again for the confirmation Kernel
