chirping second.....

I think it is more of today's tire technology that keeps them from chirping like the old days. And, the fact I have twice as wide tires from stock on just about all of my cars. Normal driving none of them are chirping unless more than a standard take off of acceleration. Then they will be chirping and even spin on the 1-2 shift.

No....but I know a guy who regularly ate for two.

Recent jobsite safety regulations state that 3 points of contact need to be in place when using a step ladder.

Typically, this meant two legs and ONE arm or two arms and ONE leg but this changes things....

The RR hits the old chirp-a-roney on the 1-2.
It's partly what defines a muscle car to me.

bfg radial t/a's , especially old ones. can chirp loud enough to wake the dead.
Mickey drag radials, even with a teeth-jarring shift just give a little wuf. Same with good Hoosier quick times. (Unless they are SOOO big, nothing will spin em. Mine are 18x31)

One of my 67 GTX'S, under hard acceleration will light the tires most of the way through first, more than a chirp into second, and a chirp into third. 440, 3.23 sure grip. 91,000 miles never built.

The 727 that I pulled from the red car....

Got cleaned up, new fluid and filter and installed in the Jigsaw car...

It didn't chirp in the red car with the 3.55 gears and sticky 200 TW tires. Jigsaw had 20 year old BFGs and 3.23 gears and still no chirps.
THEN a swap to 3.91s and yeah, it will bark a bit now...

Yeah I notice it more when it's a bit colder out than in the summer time too...

Absolutely. Cold tires are less flexible and more prone to squeal and chirps!

I did something wrong in my TF2 kit.. it hits third harder than second. i don't mind though.. just odd.
