Cloning: tribute, fraud, or ????

Clone is a universal excepted term in the car world , it may not always be exactly correct but people know what your talking about when you say it . The factory never made a superbird convertible but my car is still a clone to me .

Thats all I was saying in the first place but some here can't figure that out. It just like referring to an A12 car as a 691/2 model, NO auto manufacturer ever referred to mid year releases as 1/2 year models nor were they EVER titled that way. The hobby has taken it upon themselves to incorrectly name it as such. I just like things to be accurate and correct.
