Bunch of folks have here......Replaced my stock type 194 bulbs with blue LED's throughout the entire dash and console...Love'em. I buy my LED's at Superbrightleds.com

Prop, they just plug and play? Or do they cause other things within the circuit to do anything weird?

Just plug and play Eagle.....no resistors needed. Mine work great. If you wanted to upgrade your brake lights and turn signals, you would need a LED flasher.

Here is my 69 with LEDs. They look real bright but not too bright that they will blind you while driving. Also did a set in Blue for a while but ended up going back to the super white. Bulbs are all super bright 360 degree firing bulbs from LEDlight.com

That looks sweet. The stock bulbs suck and only illuminate portions of the guage, I'm guessing that's the way they were back in the day. I'm switching.

There are a couple different designs/colors on superbrightleds.com for p/n 194. Which ones do I get? Also, my turn signal indicator dash light green cover has been bleached from age, if I get a green LED to go in there would that work?

Sorry for highjacking your thread, but are the LEDs dimmable? I was thinking on doing my cluster (non rally) as well. Also, with the turn signal indicators and flasher indicators, do they 'instant on'? I was thinking i kinda like the quantness of the gradual on/off of the oems but would like better gauge illumination of the leds. Any trouble mixing and matching like that?

HOT DAMN!!!! is that sweet!!!! Going to do this to my Rally dash. However, do I need to pull the entire dash out to get to the lights please? Still haven't figured out how to get to the damn gauge bulbs. Also, searching that website now, how can you tell if the LEDs are 360 degree firing? Don't see the bulbs.

I guess that depends on how much you want to spend eagle, as far as which one to buy. Price varies on the number of LED's on the bulb and beam width.
Below are the ones I bought for my dash. I could have upgraded a bit to brighter bulbs with more beam width, but I'm perfectly happy with the ones I got. Yes you can buy green. To the right of the bulb picture it shows the different colors available.

No problem mixing/matching and as far as instant on/off, not really catching your drift there. I'd say buy a couple extra bulbs for about $2 bucks and see if you like them in your turn signal indicators in you cluster. Mine dim, but not as noticeably as a conventional bulb.

On the website it shows degree of bulbs. I went with 120 degrees being the light inside the cluster is more of a reflective light and not a direct beam. Works good for me.

You would've thought when I paid a company to restore my gauges, they would have replaced the green lense but they didn't and it's too late now I've already got the car finished.
