I've made my feelings known about aftermarket geometry many times here. This is a great video. Does Kevin have high tech tools? Nope. But he understands suspension very well. This just gives you a good insite of what could be expected when you go this route. I've done suspension work for over 50 years. Never used aftermarket stuff that has been correct out of the box. Watch and learn. If you have questions ask me.

Great vid, thank you for sharing. I'm glad I decided long ago to stay with my Mopar oe based stuff. Of course its not perfect, but can be dealt with.

that guys videos are awesome.. have learned soo much from him over the years

I'm surprised if that is a kit how bad that upper ball joint angle was.. at extension that is some serious pressure trying to pop it apart. Seems the uppers could be made with a bend between the heims and ball joint to bring them more in line with the knuckle

Either the entire K frame and lower supension was mounted 1"-2" lower on the stock rails? Or the upper arms weren't even close to the correct dimension. Everytime I've seen one of these front end "Kits" it's the same reoccuring theme. The geometry wasn't thought out.
