Console color

I’m putting together a console for my 67 GTX. Using parts from several. The front plate has a black border and the door has a silver lining. The front has previously been repainted but appears to have been black originally. Any consensus on what would be appropriate for it? The door has been paint stripped in the pic. It was more os a matte silver.

I think all the console top plates in the 67 Satellites an GTX'S were trimmed in the argent silver. Chargers may have been different. I think Coronet's would follow suit.

Thanks guys. I never gave it any thought until I started putting it together. It would make sense it's a Dodge/Plymouth thing. I learned a couple things from this. My grandson posed the same question on the FBBO Facebook page just after I posted here and received many more responses much faster than I did here. I don't use the platform but it is obviously more read than the website. This site rocks however and is a morning visit during my morning coffee and computer ritual.
