i was woundering if anyone else has found any cool stuff while disassembling their car? when i tore my car down their were old wrenches that fell out of the passenger side door that look like they where from the assembly line

I don't know if I'd call it cool, but I found: 1) a cut up can of carb cleaner holding together the vent ducting; 2) mismatched left and right rocker arms, and not even 8 of each; 3) a cowl and heater box full of corn kernels; 4) way too many candy wrappers.

Bought a car from a friend of mine and when I lifted up the floor mat I found $16 that looked like it had been there awhile. My friend didn't even know it was there. Bought another old car for the wife that was owned by 2 sisters since brand new and found a little white cream jar that had some change in it. That's the first thing I do when I buy a different car is go thru it and check under all the seats. I'll even do that when i'm going junkyards.

Don't know if you call it cool, but when I was tearing a 1969 Mustang down I found a half smoked joint with a roach clip attached to it under the console - dry as a bone. Did not attempt to finish it.

Found a lotta weird stuff in cars over the years. Found a pair of woman's underwear under the rear seat in a Dart.........Relax, they could have been used for a parachute. Found a .30-6 Bullet in a 73 Charger that had the name "Darren" etched on it. Guess that dude should be happy to be alive (if he still is). Found about 30 drink tickets for a strip club called "The Million Dollar Fantasy Ranch", out of somewhere in Missouri...Someday I'll have to go see if the place is still open. Found a hand written poem where someone was comparing their lover to BBQ sauce...Probably could have used a more romantic set of words...Fail! Best yet was in my roadrunner..an unpaid speeding ticket..lol

Years ago, a dead snake inside dash vent duct. Customer says the car had a nasty smell.

Wait till you flip a car over on a rotisserie that's never been flipped over, the crap that falls out is amazing!

Well I can't top that stuff - hilarious!

I found a gunked up wrench down inside the trunk/quarter panel when flipping the car on the rotisserie. My kids found a bunch of 1960's and early 70's change when removing the interior as well as someone's family photo. The photo looks like it belongs on that "awkward family photos" website but maybe I could use it to find a previous owner - Graveyard Carz style.

In my 73 Satellite I found a build sheet for a 72 Charger that says "DO NOT BUILD" on it, and it is attached to my 73 build sheet!!

I found about a dozen speeding tickets in the ashtray of my 73 Challenger.

A friend found two $50 bills in between the center armrest pad and base on a a 66 Charger he bought to part out.

Tools, money, old beer bottles some still full, womans undies, drugs, nos parts, ect.
Sometimes when dis-manteling the uni-bodies on these desert cars I fill 1-2 5gal buckets with dirt and sand.

The first place I took my 72 Road Runner after the tag agency was to base security at NAS Jacksonville, and I asked them to run the dogs through it like I always did with a used car. The dogs found a hypo kit and other drug paraphernalia stuck up under the dash. I was damn glad I did that because if that had been found during a random drug sweep, I would have been toast. :)

Bought a 1969 Super Bee in '72,took the back seat out to install my bran new clear seat covers from Finger Hut....remember them?..any way we found a pack of condums under there and I remember thinking the poor guy probably didn't get any that night because he thought he wasn't prepared,I hope this isn't offensive...but it's a true story

I havent found anything cool yet in mine. Im hoping that my build sheet will still be there!

ill bet that car once belonged to MARK from graveyard carz !

I found about a half-dozen dead mice in the vent, headliner, and inside the seats along with about six pounds of mouse crap and 'bedding'.

Never forget one of my early drives when something caught my eye in the rearview - a little critter running along the package tray - a momma mouse with a few babies clutching to it and me in shorts and sandals thinking one was about to drop out of the vent on me. I was a short test drive.

I found a pre 40s zippo and the build sheet in my 70 impala, 25bucks and 2 dead mice in my 71 olds, the build sheet with a note attached to it that read u lucky som na b%$ch in my 72SS, and 16.44 in my 69 roadrunner so far ( ther is a noticiable sound comming from the dach vents??? )

had a big wad of rolled money fall from behind the dash of a 70 challenger.i thought"jackpot!"turned out to be all 1 dollar bills.(48 of em)was a very"aww crap"moment.

hold on.........lemmee git this straight...............48 dollars fell in your lap, and you were disappointed ? sounds like my sisters kids at Christmas......i give 'em all 100 dollar bills....and they look at me like...." IS THIS IT ? "

I'm not sure this is cool but.....
Years ago I bought a 63 belevedere from Two ladies, loaded on the trailer and towed
it home. Took the seats out and found a 12 Volt vibrator and some womens underwear
stuffed under the Front seat.
I often wondered what happened on that back seat.
