Preparing to replace entire rear drum brake system on my 72 SSP. The outside of my rear brake drums- on the wheel side -measures approx. 10.50 across. Standard brakes were a 10 inch drum with an 11 inch upgrade option Would this drum that measures 10.50 be the 11 inch drum? Never replaced the brakes on a mopar so wanted to make sure I get the correct parts ordered in advance. Thanks for the help again.

Measure the inside of the drum, there is a specification as to how much a drum can be turned if you're doing a brake job. It must be measured by a drum micrometer.

If your 72 is a factory disc brake car then it should have come with 10" rear drums but like said measure the inside of the drum.
