Can anyone verify the correct fan for a 70 RoadRunner 440-6 car, did it come with the fan blade with clutch or the fan blade without? Can you turn or spin the fan when the car is turned off?

216 fan 070 fan clutch. Fan should have some resistance, but shouldn't spin free.

Did any of them come with the solid fan from factory?

As far as I know ( I could be corrected) all the later HP engines used the viscous drive units.
They rob less power from the engine as RPM rises.
Also from what I read somewhere the non AC cars used a torque drive fan clutch and the AC equipped cars used one with the little metal wound spring on the front of the clutch unit to engage the fan clutch more when it reacted to more heat given of by the radiator.

Tonys parts has repops.

I will look tomorrow. If I have both, the clutch may be worn out. I used Tony's Parts new reproduction 070 on the RR I restored. I have had several 216 fans, but don't know what I have left
