Correct Holley 4barrel Carb for 1970 383 HP

No AC with Fresh Air setup I believe from factory. You will have to notch the air cleaner base. Also you have to have a 3 spd wiper motor

or notch the back of the air cleaner base too,
with the 2 speed wiper motor
it's not a very big '1/4 moon' type notch either

I had to do it with my 1969/70 fresh-air style air cleaner base/for a 6bbl
(with an aftermarket lowdeck MP 6bbl manifold)
on my (not a 1970) 68 RR 383 335hp (org. had a Carter)

If you can't find a "correct" carb, for a clone a generic 3310-? (Multiple dash numbers have been made) 750 vacuum sec would be my choice.
or a 770cfm Street Avenger, dual feed, single pump/accel squirter
is a great replacement carb for the Holley 3310 also

Not sure if Im following this right but my 70 Challenger 4 speed 383 HP had the Holley but not the fresh air package. Wasn’t an RT either, a plain Jane car with flat hood
