Hi all,

I have a 1969 RR with the interior code option M6X. This, as far as I know, means Medium trim Buckets in Black. Legendary sells a black interior kit with code P6X. I thought I read somewhere there is no difference between the two.

What is the correct factory look, is it the Legendary ones attached?

Those pictured are correct for a bucket seat car.

Still blows me away how far behind Legendary is. Never used to be that way. Last time I spoke with them they were still blaming COVID.
Try PUI if you want it sooner. Made in USA, same quality.

2016 I was told 6 months as the SOP for just a headliner and package tray.

Hardly...

I got the covers for my '69 RR from Dantes, black. It's been a year ago, but seems like I got them right away. They are Legendary covers. I will deal with them as a vendor for evermore. Vendors get stuff first, that's why I will probably never deal with Legendary direct ever again. Waited right at a year the last time I dealt directly with them. Yes, that is the correct pattern. If you need headrest work done, Headrests and more, St. Louis.

Got any good pictures of the back seat

Sorry, I have an old race car with a roll cage in it. No back seat.

Most likely Dante’s had a stock order or two into Legendary or had a set on the shelf and that’s how they were able to get them to you sooner.

None that I've seen
..
Maybe you guys got the shitty end of the stick in the past from PUI. Pearl White, maybe because its an off color that Legendary told me 18 months out. Couldn't wait that long. They literally blamed COVID in 2023. Sounds like a management issue to me.
PUI took 3 months. Perfectly happy with mine. People at shows always ask if it's Legendary and I tell them if it was you would be looking at stuffing and springs.
I think allot of it depends on the installer. No problems here.
