CrankShaft Help- 1970 B Body 4 Speed Six Pack Car

When I rebuilt my 383 my machine shop drilled and installed pilot bushing. I think they charged $60.

Wow...there must be some variance in automatic crankshafts. I ran into this same issue years ago with an automatic crank with a 4speed & I did have to cut the trans input shaft. With the crank hole honed to accept the bushing, it still wasn't deep enough. Mine is a '73 automatic big rod crank (if that matters).

I have several of the .914 bushings, but since they are like hens teeth, they are NFS!
