Cutouts on stock pipes

Just wondering if anyone has tried installing cutouts on a car with stock exhaust manifolds and stock 2.5 inch H pipes

You can be the FIRST! It won't sound like a header equipped car.

@Houle #382 I put homemade cutouts on my stock HP exhaust and they leaked, so they were pretty loud. When I uncorked them, it sounded like a race car. I bought manufactured cutouts to replace my homemade ones but I haven’t installed them yet. I recommend them, if they don’t leak when closed.

They will just be loud and probably won't improve performance. THey will make your car sound like an old pick up with a bad muffler.
