An inside joke that just keeps on giving! Why is there a Koozee on the wiper motor?
I had a leaky windshield in mine for years. It had a lifetime warranty but the o ne time I took it back, the man just added a sealant between the glass and rubber. It still leaked. I decided to pull the glass and reseal it myself. Many guys today do NOT know how to properly seal an old rubber gasket design. There HAS to be some type of sealant on the metal window flange! I also learned that despite common sense, the glass installs easier from the top to the bottom! Slip the top corners in, then work down and from each side toward the middle. Mine does not leak anymore. I installed the rear way back in 2002 after a buddy cut out rusted areas and patched in new metal.
Regarding the alignment:
What specs? Did you have your own numbers to guide the man?
Oh it is a coming...Now all we need is a smoky burnout picture!
Overflow tank, does it have a drain on bottom? Get a little snow?
Our Cabin is to the right center of the picture.. about 10 years ago the road above was wiped out just like the other picture and they installed a HUGE culvert pipe, so the debris flows are not as bad.. BUT, downstream there is a smaller culvert and it got backed up and destroyed the bridge over it.. We build pools in the stream to get water from and they last about 5 years before getting wiped out..So Darryl what am I looking at in the panoramic view? Wash out and rubble pushed up due to flash flood?
So it does look like your place is a little distance from the "flush area"?? Just a pain in the butt to get there from time to time? Does the local government take care of the roads?
This creek is about 1/2 mile East of our cabin, but is next to our main access road.. Thankfully I have a 4 wheel drive truck and can get in no problem.Happy Puppy and some damage due to fires and flash floods.

Yes, get in the truck and get out... My Dad was up there for the last fire that start 1/2 mile up the creek.. The Cabin is to the far left of the map just below the word Barton Flat..Do you have a plan for wildfires? Cabin looks very nice, I need a place like that to get away!
