They look like the bumper fillers for a 73-74 B-body. They go between the bumper edge and body panel. Dodge and Plymouth both had them. photos are of the front and rear bumper fillers for a 74 Charger

Bottom left looks like part of the sole of my shoe when it let go.

It looks like some old bread crusts too.

The L-shaped rubber pieces are bumper-to-fender fillers and the long metal piece and rubber is the hood-to-bumper seal. My '70 Charger has them but yours are a different shape, so what terrywalker said is probably right.
