I'm removing my engine/k member as a unit. I'm stuck at removing the clutch linkage. I read the FSM and it doesn't seem to specifically address this.

Anyone have tricks or tips on removing the linkage enough to remove the engine/trans?

Are you referring to the bell crank (z bar)

I would pull it out.
Remove washers (retainer clips) from both arms of the bell crank. Remove adjust rod spring and rod/nut assembly from lower arm and clutch fork. Remove the clutch rod from the upper arm (leave pedal side attached). If I recall, you can loosen the frame side ball stud and lift it out of the slot and work the bell crank off the housing ball stud.

Thanks guys. I just decided to wing it and figured it out. Although it won't come off the ball on the engine side. It's barely on but still. I figure it will slide out when I lower the engine down.
