Are any of you guys using a battery powered inflator VS an air tank at the track? If so what brand are you using?

Gus

I don't go to the track (sadly lol) but I have a Dewalt 20v Max air inflator and love it.

Air tank is a PITA and bulky hewvy.

Inflator is good until it quits, so have a backup.

I have the Makita version and love it...this is for Dewalt and on sale plus another 10%. I try not to use Amazon but...

It is cheap and not top quality but for that price it's good enough. Also comes in handy for inflating pool toys and such without firing up the compressor.

Perfect! I have Dewalt tools and extra batteries at home and work.

My son has a Ryobi. It seems to work very well

I've just purchased the DeWalt jump pack and portable air compressor. I've only had it for for 6 weeks but I like it a lot. I've aired up three completely flat 15-in tires and added air to 10 tires that had low air pressure and still have 3/4 charge.
The only improvement is if the tire has too much pressure it would automatically bleed it but that's being picky...

Budget air if you have a truck. We used to take a 10-12 ply truck tire and air it allthe way up. Plenty of air at the track. A little heavy so use a long airline.

I use the Harbor Freight compressor. Fills a tire fast unlike the battery powered ones.
