I can proudly say that I was able to work out a deal with Sara A.K.A. Smoukahontas of Youtube fame.

Since she is Finnish, and so is my company, and we train people in languages and culture, I asked her if she would do some promos for us..

This is the first one I am releasing!

Brilliant!!

Hot as hell helps too.

Are all Finns as pretty as your celebrities? Read somewhere yours is one of the happiest/most content countries in the world...might be one reason why...

Years ago, I worked with some carpenters who were from Finland. As you would guess, they were know as the Finnish carpenters.

Well I married one, and after 18 years I'm still smiling! :)

It is a socialist country. You don't even have to go out and look for a hot chick, the government just sends you one. Folks in the US that don't understand how socialism works are against it. The high GDP per capita socialist nations are the happiest people in the world. :icon_thumright:

Well it's not a socialist country, in the true sense of the term, but with the healthcare and education systems setup in such a way that they are accessible to all, and at low cost (free in many cases), you would mistake Finland for being socialist instead of the democracy that it actually is.

That must be why the US continues to fill up with Eastern Europeans, Chinese, Indians, Mexicans, et al.

I love Latin mottos, Like Kansas' is Ad Astra per Apera. which means through difficulty to the stars. Askher to say "Unlocking the Earth's secrets." About the only part I can figure out is Terra.

Yes she is babe!

Have you seen the Eastern Euro girls?

I would not be complaining.

Sorry, you are right! It is a mixed economy, a mix of capitalism and socialism, the same as the US, but leaning a little more toward the Socialist spectrum than the US. Finland is number one in education in the world. The US is 17th. Finland ranks 31st in the world in healthcare. The US ranks 37th. Finland spends 8.9% of its GDP on healthcare and the US spends 17.9%.

The US offers better opportunities to these folks than the poor countries they are coming from. Most developed high GDP nations do not have open borders to those who do not bring skills or money for investment. (Check Australia, Sweden, Denmark etc.) We let 15 million just walk in and stay. At the same time we have 20 percent drop out of high school and expect to find a job. Does that make us the land of opportunity or chumps? :poke:

I understand how it socialism works, that is why I am against it. Every two weeks when I get my paycheck and see that over half of the fruits of my labor taken against my will and redistributed to others under the full force and threat of the state I am given a quick refresher on how wonderful socialism is...
