Great thread.
I have a 63 max wedge 330. When we restored it,15 years ago, it was put back factory stock. It was my fathers car and he did most of the work. Dvorak did the motor. It runs great, however, I want it more street able. I have no problem with making changes. So far, I put the 3447's in a box and bought carter 500's. if cooling becomes an issue (I expect it will) I can go with a fan and aluminum radiator. We'll see. I get back next week from a business trip and will start on it.
My father new everything about these cars, having owned and raced a 63 Savoy 413 high compression max wedge in 63 to 65.
This one is new to me.
