Dodge Polara 500 or Plymouth Savoy

Which cars is more desirable? I know there were fewer Dodge Max Wedges than Plymouth.

years go i had the opportunity to buy a aluminum frontend 64 plymouth savoy or a 64 hemi dodge. both the same price,
after thinking it out thoroughly i bought the 64 max wedge savoy over rthe 64 hemi dodge post car. 10 years later i sold the 64 plymouth and made a huge huge profit.
whereas the dodge is still trying to be sold for 1/2 of what i sold my plymouth for. and its still for sale.

I'd say the Plymouth has a broader appeal and is a little less startling to the casual observer that may not know Mopars. Especially if we're talking '63 model year. My ultimate preference is the '64 Plymouth Savoy Sedan with a '63 Dodge 330 Sedan right behind.

I am just curious as this is my first Mopar. I know there were less Dodges than Plymouths built according to Darrell Davis. What I think is cool about my 63 Dodge Max Wedge is that the original owner bought the top of the line model, Polara 500, and not the stripped down version. He apparently drove it on the street and raced it on weekends. I love the black with the black and white interior.

I guess I am a little biased myself but I love the 63 Plymouth's the most. Course I like all the 62 to 65 Mopars its just I like the cool front end on the 63 Plymouth and I went for the top of the line Sport Fury ! Ron
