Does this qualify as 'Barn Find'

Wish I was 40 years younger and knew what I know now lol

How many 440's does a guy need?

Made it back to the Barn find to test the waters.

The 1969 D100 pickup is for sale, $800 cash will consider partial trade, e.g. hunting rifle...The truck looks pretty solid with headliner still intact.

The station wagon was priced at 4,500 but he says that he will get it running in 3 days, paint it and sell it for 6,000. Ahem...The Super Bee isn't on the top of his to-do list because there are t 6 other chryslers all with 440's to ressurect. That's the kicker, I tried to see if he would turn loose of at least one 440, there were a total of 7 440's.

There is no fender plate or build sheet for the Super Bee, but the vin is still intact...

So I left with a set of 452 heads and spotted this on the way home,

I'd be all over that 69 D-100 for $800, I want to build a "Dude" inspired pro-touring type clone some day, when my 68 RR is finally done...LOL, I have no room right now thou...

Don Knotts........He knows tough!!! Bawhahahahahaha! Didn't the man play a cartoon dolphin? Man, they were really, really high back then!

Thanks Budnicks, I am in the same position with no room. That Don Knotts ad just kills me looking at it in 2014. I remember going to the movies to see Knotts in The Reluctant Astronaut in 1967, pretty funny. Just knot sure what audience was being profiled for a 'Dude' truck?

A pro touring D100 would be cool.

awsome find. I'd love that D 100, but no room no cash.
and Don Knotts played The Incredible Mr Limpet, a fish.
