This was our second German Shepherd, Bela Lugosi.
He was MY boy.

A couple years ago we had to put him down.
The wife said we’d be getting a smaller dog since we‘re both getting old.
This is her idea of a smaller dog.

His name was Bela Lugosi.
So, the neighborhood we live in is called Gastonville.
I called Bela “The Hound of the Gastonvilles”
We also have a haunted house a couple doors down.

I noticed Diesel was wearing a bandanna in the photo a couple of posts back. The regular bandannas you buy and wear are not big enough for Newfoundlands. I have to go to the fabric section of Walmart and have one cut from a bolt of cloth.
